Volvo D13, D11 Mp7, Mp8 cooler Bypass kit. Kit *includes*: *COOLER “INLET” FITTING*- (with 3/4npt threaded hole for hose fitting of your choice), *THERMOSTAT FITTING-* (with 3/4npt threaded hole for hose fitting of your choice 45 or 90 deg fittings are NOT INCLUDED), *EGR ROUND PLATE-*( this kit will keep EGR valve intact, but u-pipe will be removed), *ALUMINUM INTAKE PLATE*.-(cross over pipe will be removed).
This kit will remove the precooler u-pipe, cooler, cooler to intake pipe, cooler to thermostat pipe. Egr valve will stay. Will need 3/4npt fittings with 3/4 barb fittings (90 deg or 45 deg) and acquire a 3/4 silicone heater hose with hose clamps to make a block to thermostat connection.
If planning on eliminating the EGR valve – a 1/2 inch thick EGR plate will be needed.
This kit is intended for NOT for the road use, but for testing purposes!
