Description

Volvo D13, D11 Mp7, Mp8 cooler Bypass kit. Kit *includes*: *COOLER “INLET” FITTING*- (with 3/4npt threaded hole for hose fitting of your choice), *THERMOSTAT FITTING-* (with 3/4npt threaded hole for hose fitting of your choice 45 or 90 deg fittings are NOT INCLUDED), *EGR ROUND PLATE-*( this kit will keep EGR valve intact, but u-pipe will be removed), *ALUMINUM INTAKE PLATE*.-(cross over pipe will be removed).

This kit will remove the precooler u-pipe, cooler, cooler to intake pipe, cooler to thermostat pipe. Egr valve will stay. You will need to figure out what fittings will work for you (90 deg or 45 deg) and acquire a silicone heater hose (of the same size as fittings) with hose clamps to make a block to thermostat connection.

This kit is intended for NOT a road use, but for testing purposes!
